Return Policy

All of our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.  You should receive your order in excellent condition.  If for any reason, you receive damaged or defective merchandise, we will promptly replace it.

** The Outdoor Warehouse does not accept returns **

Polar Hoods are accepted for exchange only.  Polar Hood must be returned in like new condition.  No returns after the item has been worn or washed.

No returns are accepted without a return authorization number.  To obtain an RA# please call (800) 755-6681.  

No refunds are issued for any return without prior authorization.  Any refund granted will be less shipping & handling charges.

All returns other than exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
